Dallas – Fort Worth Fertility Associates was founded in 1999 and has been a leading provider of fertility services in the Dallas - Fort Worth metroplex since that time. Dallas - Fort Worth Fertility Associates has a state-of-the-art IVF laboratory and fertility center that opened in July 2010 located at our central Glen Lakes office in Dallas to bring the latest IVF treatments and procedures to the Dallas - Fort Worth community. In 2021 we acquired a second IVF laboratory in Plano located at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Plano. Both assisted reproductive IVF laboratories are under the direction of our Scientific Director, Dr. Oscar Perez, a world-renowned IVF laboratory director.
In 2023, Dallas - Fort Worth Fertility Associates was named in the Top 100 Fertility Clinics in the United States, specifically number 31 and highest in the Dallas - Fort Worth community, by Newsweek magazine produced in partnership by Stastistica Inc., a global research firm.
Dallas – Fort Worth Fertility Associates was formerly affiliated with the Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas IVF [ARTS] Program that was named one of the 10 Best Fertility Centers in the nation by Child Magazine in August 2005 during which time Dr. Chantilis was affiliated with the ARTS Program.
Dallas – Fort Worth Fertility Associates moved their professional office to 5477 Glen Lakes Drive, Suite 200, at the end of June 2010 to accommodate the expansion of their practice. The new medical offices are designed with patient comfort and convenience in mind. Located just one block north of Walnut Hill Lane near Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas, the new facility has convenient parking that is free of charge. The new offices have six exam rooms each equipped with a sonogram machine and secondary monitor mounted on the wall for patients to view, and six nursing and physician consultation rooms.
The practice has expanded to five locations since that time. We also have a full service fertility office in Southlake, just past Southlake Town Square at 910 East Southlake Boulevard, Suite 175, Southlake, TX 76092, and Medical City of Dallas at 7777 Forest Lane, Building D, Suite 1100, and an Andrology Lab located in the Perot Women’s Center building at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas.
Dallas-Fort Worth Fertility Associates acquired their 2nd IVF laboratory in 2021 and opened another full service fertility clinic at the same location.
Drs. Samuel J Chantilis, Karen L Lee and Mika R Thomas are located at our Glen Lakes Dallas location. Dr. Ravi P Gada is located at our Southlake office location. Dr. Laura T Laurence sees patients at both Medical City Dallas and our Southlake office. Dr. Jennifer Shannon and Dr. Monica Chung are located at our Plano clinic.
Dallas – Fort Worth Fertility Associates has one of the largest and most successful donor egg programs in Texas. The donor egg program gives new hope to women who cannot achieve pregnancy using their own eggs due to ovarian failure or other conditions. We have a section on our site devoted to donor egg.
